I swear I'm not dead! (and other useless facts)

I know, I know.. it's been awhile!
I literally have no excuse, other than I'm apparently lazy as crap..
Anyways!
Maybe I'm the only person in the world who didn't know this, but ammonia is AMAZING!
No, really.
For some reason, Ive always thought of it as this nasty, acid chemical that would probably eat through my skin the moment I touched it.. alright maybe that's a bit of an exaggeration, but you get my point!!

With a little bit of shame... I share with you, my disgusting stove.

This crusted on mess you see here, is brought to you by my wonderful husband trying to cook. Aka, splattering everything everywhere, and then baking it on with high heat.

Anyways, I saw this and thought to myself...
"Self, there's got to be an easier way to clean my stove." Thank the Lord for Pinterest, because I didnt have to wonder any longer!

AMONIA!!

You can stop reading now if I;m alone in not knowing this (Duh Whitney, everyone knows this)
If not, then I have just saved your life! Or okay, at least your nails.

Litterally all you have to do, is place each grate in its own gallon sized ziplock baggy. Then pour about a 1/4 cup of Amonia into said bag, and seal her up! You don't need much of the actual Amonia itself, because its not the liquid that does work, its the fumes!
I set mine outside overnight, just in case one of my baggies sprung a leak (which they did!)
Ten hours later, I brought them inside, rinsed off the grates, and they just wiped clean! It was amazing! I laughed, cried, and then spent the rest of the day on more important matters.. you know..like TV!

BAM!

Alright. That's all Ive got in me for today, but I promise I wont wait  6 months before I do another post!!
