Marinated chicken breasts. Yes please!

I don't know about most of you, but I have a hard time finding meal options that are healthy, and don't taste disgusting. It also doesn't help that Spencer and I aren't exactly... the most adventurous eaters! So when trying to research healthy meals, options like "Gnocchi with Tomatoes, Pancetta & Wilted Watercress" don't exactly sound appealing to me. So when I found this baby, I knew I had to share it! Lets begin...

What you'll need:
Chicken breasts
Italian dressing
1/2 a Tomato
1/2 a Red onion
Some cilantro

Step 1
Wash your hands. Everyone knows you scratched your butt earlier when you thought no one was looking, and no doubt there is still some evidence left under your fingernails. For shame.
Now lets move on from that unpleasant image...

Step 2
Marinate your chicken in your Italian dressing.  You can use raw chicken for this, but I used some that I had leftover from a previous meal. Any brand of Italian dressing will do, but I like the Wishbone brand.

Step 3
Let your chicken marinate in the fridge for 15min-1hour depending on the amount of time you have.

Step 4
Bake your chicken in the oven at 350 degrees for about 20 min (depending on if your chicken is raw or not)

Now, while that's cooking.....

Step 5
Dice up your onion, cilantro, and tomato then mix them together like so.

Step 6
When your chicken is fully cooked (I will not be held liable for any salmonella poisoning) spoon a little bit of your tomato mixture onto your chicken, then serve with rice and a vegetable of your liking.

7th and final step....
See what your dinner companion thinks..
P.S. Spencer begged for me to put a picture of him in here hahah.
